The eye of the tiger
Long since I insist: there are increasingly more people running ultras so logically there are increasingly more rookies, ie people who have not ever faced certain distances.
It seems clear that for the sport of trail and suddenly, it's good both success and fame, but for all these athletes new one tip: never lose respect for each distance.
A simple marathon is endless and for those who run ultras, the marathon is "open mouth", the numbers soar, 50km, 80, 100, 120, 160, 250, ... 330km.!
Addressing them requires two basic things without which it will be virtually impossible to complete any of them: training and motivation.
Training your body to adapt to the requirements of running long distances, and motivation to endure crises mentally sure we find along the way. To train the body, give an idea below, it takes a lot more motivation to complete the race.
We will have to face lots of hours, often alone and in harsh and only gradually be prepared to face a challenge of this magnitude.
Attend an ultra without "looking trigre" as was the friend Stallone, is also stupid, a waste of time, and it can be dangerous for us and for organziaciĆ³n will instead have to solve our errors in judgment, so You know: Training and Motivation.
Greetings
