[ lets help to make a difference to the lives of the blind ex-service men and women. Heroes, who have sacrificed so much.
We have just come back from a great training run, in and around countryside that gives such a wow feeling. It makes me feel that We are so very lucky, and take for granted the freedom we have to take part in and enjoy our passion for running.
These guys may never have that pleasure, nore have that freedom to be able to head off onto the paths and trails of our countryside unaided, and experience the visions we are able to see every day.
They have given so much, Lets help to make it as easy as possible for them to take that first step, to discover a life beyond blindness, and maybe a little freedom..........
I have signed up to take on the 100km 24 hour London to Brighton challenge in june 2012 So please support my challenge and give your help by donating...... Thank you RAY
